2. Services

We provide white-label WordPress development services, including but not limited to website design, development, and maintenance.

3. Payment Terms

• All project payments are processed through Xero and GoCardless.
• An initial deposit is required before project commencement.
• Additional work beyond the original scope is billed at AUD $100 per hour.
• Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and code developed by us remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the course of the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
